REVISIONIST POST (1-19-2003):
Another out of sync post. David and Santi came to visit in mid-August. It was great seeing them, though I think they were worn out from their American roadtrip--which I'm afraid was entirely authentic down to the mind-numbing interstate travel, bad fried and overly-abundant food, summer humidity, mild agoraphobia, and fleabag motels. But we enjoyed seeing them!
